The winner takes it all so "come and Abba go" if you think you're old enough !
An end of season celebration for the Mighty 4s as they entertain Hampton, Olton & Edgbaston next month, and host the Midland Seniors Cup in this inaugural end-of-season tournament.
Sils expect to take a strong squad into this one-day event, as the Easter break has allowed many of the squad to overcome some minor injuries. Shaun Bates' voice is finally back thanks to a 7 day course of throat lozenges; anti-biotics have cleared up Mike Bettridge's ear infection so with his balance restored he'll have his bearings back for those all-important 16s ("Left is Left, Right is Right, and Boat is Boat") and Yogi's "Night-boat to Cairo" (or was it Costco?) for a van load of Aerial, means that his sheets should be the cleanest in Solihull. Certainly that's what we're hoping for on 14th May.
Logistics are being finalised but a BBQ should be available on the day for players and fans, so come along and support the Senior Sils as they host, and look to win, the inaugural Midlands Seniors Cup. First game starts at 11, final due to start around 4.15. "Mamma Mia", should be a great day!
