The seconds recorded a comfortable moral boosting 4-1 win away at Stafford.

The seconds recorded a comfortable moral boosting 4-1 win away at Stafford.

The solid defence spearheaded by captain Mark Dovey and guest Dave Baylis ran the show and were unlucky to concede from a short corner in the last quarter of the game.

Great passing hockey in midfield and fluid movement from the front three of Max Levenger, Adam Kent and Sam-Alex Ekins opened up the Stafford defence time after time. This paved the way for 2 goals in each half. Scorers Max Levenger, Adam Kent, Nick Oppenheimer and Jake Tyler.

More of the same next week at Hampton should put the side in with a chance of taking something from the following week's league game away at table topping Edgbaston.
