So, no sooner than the Mighty 4s returned to league combat after three weeks off, than the campaign is again halted thanks to the withdrawal of Blossomfield from the league. However, with arch enemies Olton also without a game, the two teams have agreed to lock horns this weekend, giving the Sils an excellent opportunity to put last week's defeat behind them.

Yet again, the selection pack is reshuffled following the latest spate of availability problems. The three wise men (Harrison, Aylin and Rush) are all off on some festive shopping trip, despite the fact that petrol stations are open on Christmas Eve. The dynamic duo (Bettridge and Dwyer) are expected to be rested, so that they can nurse their injuries, and the special one (Russell) returns after using his usual midfield spark last week to light bonfires and fireworks instead.
