Match Preview

Thanks to the major efforts of others (esp Nobby), we have the minimum requirement of eleven this week – as do M2s, M3s and M5s (Only M1 have more than 11, which is fair as they are pushing hard for promotion). Our line-up is therefore:

Matt and Owen are both Aston Uni lads and we need to pick them up from the Sack of Potatoes pub at Aston at 12:00 noon. If anyone will be near Aston Uni at this time and can do this pick-up please could you let me know – otherwise I’ll go find ‘em.

Meet time at Sils is 11:40 to leave by 11:50 and be at Bishop Vesey School (Boswell Rd, B74 2NH) at 12:30 for a 13:00 start. Please let me know if you’ll be meeting at the Sils so we know who to wait for. Any problems from anybody, please let me know by phone/text.

After huffing and puffing to no avail last week against a strong young Stratford side, we know we can improve this week, so let’s up our levels, remember all Dave’s good words, and show Nobby his efforts were worthwhile. (Plus…. you know how much I bl**dy love Sutton! ?)
