This victory very much resembled the first one against Harborne earlier in the season; plenty of chances not taken in the first half (though some nice attacking play to create opportunities), but then goals scored in the second half with very little for Izzie Montandon in goal to have to do during the game.

At half-time, and a 0-0 scoreline, the Sils knew not to panic, and in the end the goals game from a nice PC variation with Emily Haywood converting home after her initial deflection had been saved, followed by an open play goal from Liv Straw, and finally a rare goal by Imogen Pemble (again from a PC).

The side played some nice stuff, but still required a bit more dynamic movement at times to break down a resolute defence, which did eventually came through some good interchanges across the midfield.

With Virginia Bournot returning for the remainder of the season, the side is shaping up well to collect a few more victories and cement its top half finish to the league.
