3 goal difference for the 3's!

Ladies 3rd's vs Warwick

On a drizzly November morning the ladies 3'slayed their second competitive match against Warwick Uni. Warwick were only able to travel with 6 players but the Sils with an abundance of youth talent were able to muster enough players to lend them some players. The first half started well and the Sils were strong attacking Warwick down the middle of the pitch with strong play from Issy Thomas in the middle linking with Ella Dunkerley and Francesca Pattinson. The first half goal came from Ella Dunkerly, half time score 1-0.

The second half proved to be an end to end thriller with strong defence from Charlie Dunkerly, Hannah Higley and Helen Thomas. The Sils attacking play came through player of the match Tammy Majevadia and Georgia Smith to allow Ella Dunkerly to score again. Francesca Pattinson also scored a great goal on the post and Tammy Majevadia converted a short corner. Warwick were able to score only 1 goal from Rose Tinly. 

Full time result 4-1. Great Sils win with lots of promising young players.
