Energetic and Entertaining

With pushback at 4pm the 3XI arrived earlier enough to see the Ladies destroy the same opposition.
This gave the sils a booster to do the same to their opposition. Sils started very strong with the two wingers finding a lot of space early on. Some great passes in the middle finally came out wide the Richard Thurman who drove into the D and with a reverse stick pass setup Gareth Dawes for the easiest goal he'll ever score.
Sils got a bit sloppy and couldn't keep the ball, tackles were weak and passes lacked pace, inevitably B&BC scored tom make it 1-1, they also got another but I can't remember how (haha)!

Half Time 2-1

After a confident boosting team talk sils started very strong again hunting for that equaliser, B&BC had no real reply all half, then it came, Richard Thurman found Chris Smith with a delightful cross field pass who in turn took his time to settle himself and fizzed in a great ball to the back post where Tom Berns poached an equaliser passed a stranded keeper.

B&BC scored the winner with 10mins to go and although sils had numerous penalty corners Gareth Dawes couldn't convert. A good game but poor result, Sils deserved at least a point!
